Wall tiling in London
TLS Tiling fits wall tiles throughout London and around 20 miles beyond — bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms and feature walls. We prepare and prime the wall, set out the pattern, cut around sockets and fittings, then grout and seal. We fit the tiles you supply, and we do tiling only: no plumbing, electrics or sanitaryware.

Wall tiling — your questions answered
Can you tile onto plasterboard?
Yes, plasterboard takes tiles when it's securely fixed and primed. Heavier tiles may need a tile backer board.
Can you tile onto fresh plaster?
Fresh plaster must be fully dry and primed first. We'll advise on timing before starting.
Do you do herringbone walls?
Yes. Herringbone needs careful setting out and more cutting, which we allow for in the quote.
Can you tile a feature wall only?
Yes, single feature walls are a common job and are quoted the same way.
Do you fit tile trims?
Yes, we fit trims and edge profiles you supply, or mitre edges where you prefer.
Will the grout colour change the look?
Yes, significantly. Contrasting grout emphasises the pattern; matching grout makes the surface look continuous.
Can you tile around a window reveal?
Yes, reveals are tiled and finished with trims or mitres as agreed.
How flat does the wall need to be?
Flatter is better, especially for large formats. We'll tell you if any making-good is needed first.
Do you supply the tiles?
No — TLS Tiling fits the tiles you supply. You choose and buy your tiles, and we install them with care.
Do you do full bathroom installations?
No. We are a tiling-only specialist, so no plumbing, electrics or sanitaryware fitting. We handle the tiling side of the job.
