This policy explains how TLS Tiling handles personal information. TLS Tiling is a sole trader based in London and is the data controller for information you send us.

What we collect

Only what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, postcode and any details or photos you send about the job. We do not buy or scrape personal data.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange work and keep records of jobs carried out. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where work goes ahead, performing a contract.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Information may pass through the services we use to run the business, such as email and WhatsApp messaging, and may be shared with an accountant where required for tax records.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted once they're no longer relevant. Records of completed work are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights
